The graphene oxide freeze-drying machine freeze-drying method comprises the following steps:

b, configure graphite oxide solution with water or ethanol as solvent, add a certain amount of graphite oxide, 40 ± 10 ° C water bath, stir, and make a solution; wherein the mixing ratio of graphite oxide and the solvent is 100ml solvent corresponding graphite oxide The mass range is 0.1-1Og;

C, quick freezing use freeze dryer or liquid nitrogen to be rapidly cooled to -150-20 ℃, and keep low temperature, then put the solution in step b into the freezing cavity, make the solution solidify rapidly and become solid, utilize solvents such as water, ethanol During rapid crystallization and solidification, hydrogen bonds lead to a cold expansion treatment that increases the volume, thereby exfoliating to obtain graphene oxide;
d. Evacuate to make the solvent sublime to ensure that the temperature of the freezing chamber is below 0°C so that the solution is kept in a solidified state; use a vacuum pump to reduce the air pressure in the freezing chamber to 200Pa or lower, so that the solvent is sublimated;
e. The obtained product maintains the low temperature and low-pressure state in step d until the solvent is completely sublimated, the sponge-like graphene oxide can be obtained, and the product is loose and porous. Using different concentrations of graphite oxide solutions, graphene oxide with different porosity can be obtained, the porosity is 20-90%, and the morphological structure of the product is uniformly distributed.
